They have been developed with the guidance and information provided by local health authorities and government requirements and while each hotel has their individual needs, offerings and amenities, we assure you that each location has been working hard to ensure a safe and seamless welcome back experience.

Cleanliness

We’ve increased the frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting with extra focus paid to high-touch surfaces and public spaces like the front desk, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys as well as all employee back-of-house areas. Our restaurant teams are also implementing new precautionary measures in every aspect of food preparation, set-up, and service. 


Wellbeing 

All colleagues will go through a thorough screening process upon entry to our hotels. Anyone, including guests, showing signs of illness, a fever or exhibiting virus symptoms will be advised to see a doctor immediately and infection protocols will be implemented immediately.

 

 


Social Distancing

Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups. All layouts in our restaurants and public spaces will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing.  When possible, a manager will be present in our lobby to ensure social distancing is in effect and that only guests of the hotel or restaurant are present. Our employees will practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from guests and other employees whenever possible. Additionally, we have suspended our valet service for the time being in an effort to limit contact.


Guest Rooms

Housekeeping has allotted extra time to accommodate additional cleanliness measures dedicating special attention to high touch surfaces.  Where possible, each guest room will be provided a personal hand sanitizer amenity upon arrival and some items such as decorative pillows, linens and mini bar snacks may be removed from rooms and will be available upon request. In room collateral items will be replaced with each stay.  Any guest request or room service orders will be delivered to the door and guests will be notified so that no employees will enter the room during one’s stay. All key cards will be sanitized thoroughly before check in and paper envelopes will be discarded and once the room has been sanitized, no one will enter the room until the guest arrives.

 


Public Spaces

In addition to increasing cleanliness measures in high traffic areas, we have ensured that any coffee or cocktail stations that are located in a public areas are set up to properly adhere to our new safety guidelines.
